Following our highly successful previous event at this location, we are moving onto brand-new fields situated directly on the other side of the historic Roman Hill Fort.

What to Expect
Our previous dig at this farm yielded incredible historical finds across multiple periods. Therefore, we are excited to explore these newly opened, undetected fields right next to the hill fort boundary. In addition, this land holds fantastic potential for Roman, Iron Age, and medieval artifacts.
Event Rules & Attendance:
– Insurance: Every attendee must hold valid individual NCMD or FID public liability insurance.
– Meticulous Recovery: Members must cut small, neat horseshoe plugs and press them firmly back into place. Furthermore, we ask everyone to remove all sharp field scrap and lead.
– Footwear & Gear: Please wear sturdy boots suitable for working farm terrain.
